Abuse of promotional offers — including, but not limited to, bonus hunting, multi-accounting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional structures — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived balances.
All wagers placed on the rde1996 Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant product. These rules are accessible within each game lobby or betting market. In the event of any ambiguity, rde1996's determination of the applicable rule shall be final.
rde1996 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) a technical error or manifest pricing error has occurred; (b) the bet was placed after the relevant event, game round, or market had closed; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable product rules; or (d) fraudulent conduct is suspected in connection with the placement of the bet.

rde1996's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in your Account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rde1996 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. rde1996 will not be liable for losses resulting from such unavailability.
rde1996 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of your Account for cause, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following satisfactory completion of outstanding verification requirements, subject to any applicable holds or deductions.
You may also request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting the rde1996 support team via live chat. Account closure requests processed voluntarily will result in disbursement of any verified real-money balance to your registered withdrawal method.
